CCCS senior researcher Anna Gevorgyan participated in a working lunch with Armenian experts organized by the Heinrich Böll Foundation delegation. Among the experts were the Heinrich Böll Foundation Co-President Jan-Philipp Albrecht, a former MEP and Minister for Energy Transition and the Environment in the German state of Schleswig-Holstein, and Head of Division East and Southeast Europe Walter Kaufmann, as well as Sonya Shifers, the director of the Yerevan office of the Foundation, and Eviya Hovhannisyan, the Armenia project coordinator. The meeting covered various topics, including developments surrounding the Karabakh conflict, several aspects of Armenia’s foreign policy, and internal reform matters.
